Crisis facility Weglaufhaus “Villa Stöckle” according to §§ 67ff SGB XII
This conception of the crisis facility Weglaufhaus – Villa Stöckle was written in 2010 and became the basis of the agreement with the Berlin Senate. Since 1.1.2005, the provisions of the Federal Social Assistance Act (Bundessozialhilfegesetz) mentioned several times in the text no longer apply. Instead, §§ 67ff SGB XII (“Help to overcome special social difficulties”) based on §§75 SGB XII (“Help in institutions”) are now authoritative.
